The Transfer Petition above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court, on 12th May, 2023, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that a maintenance case and a case under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, at the instance of the petitioner, are pending against the respondent in District Agra, Uttar Pradesh, and therefore, it would be appropriate that the subject proceedings be transferred to Agra, Uttar Pradesh. 

 Issue notice returnable within six weeks. 

 In the meantime, further proceedings in HMA No.4105 of 2022 titled as “Jasvinder Singh Anand Vs. Navjyoti Chhachhi” pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court at Bangalore, Karnataka, shall remain stayed."

Accordingly, notice was issued to the sole respondent through Registered A.D. Post on 24.05.2023 and the same has been received unserved with postal remarks "Unclaimed, returned to sender" and the same along with the unserved spare copy is available in the Branch.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on the sole respondent.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
